JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) - The Interior Department said Friday it is moving forward with an oil and gas lease sale covering nearly 4 million acres in Alaska's National Petroleum Reserve.

    Until the world starts using Nuclear Fusion, the reliance on oil makes this move mandatory.....

    Don't get me wrong, I love both nature & it's natural inhabitants, BUT, how many people would be really prepared to have power for only 12 hours a day, say, instead up lumps of the natural world remaining untouched ? Some, yes, most ? I don't think so.......

      True. I have heard it takes a long time to get through all of the red tape it takes to build nukes but im sure that will change.
