Money – Richard Notebaert, who took over as head of Qwest Communications as the telecommunications company coped with an accounting scandal, said Monday he will retire as chairman and chief executive officer.

I hope that whoever comes in can fill his shoes. He took over Qwest at a time when no one else wanted to touch it and did a great job at bringing some life back into a very dead company. Nacchio got what he deserves. He is scum. Dick you will be missed.

Nothing against this guy, but I wonder if he's going to get a multi-million dollar farewell "gift?"

But if he would have done worse with the company then the board of directors would have given him hundreds of millions like they did the CEO for Home Depot.
