My family is from Spain. We are European, but that does'nt make us any better than any other Hispanic group out there.

There's nothing wrong with being a Mexican national. You make it sound like they are pesky insects that are running around in your kitchen at night. You better check again, those are roaches, son! LOL

Seriously, please do try harder to use your brain a bit before applying pressure to the keys next time won't you champ?

    Feliz Navidad Espana!

I never cease to be amazed at the ignorance of people.

Hello? Mexicans? This lottery was won in SPAIN. Does

        anybody read? Euros! Not pesos!

Besides, all the Mexicans I know persoanlly are employed

and contributing to society, unlike a lot of lazy Americans

        sitting on the welfare dole.

"while there were nothing but Indians running around in the U.S."

I think the correct term is native Americans. The name of Indian was used because an Italian/Spaniard got lost and thought he was in India. When the native Americans were the only ones "running around" it was not the U.S. but what was later called The Americas.

Froggy, the lottery was won in Spain, not Mexico... so why would you say it would be 25 less Mexicans? Are you that stupid that you don't know the difference between Mexico and Spain?

That is 25 mexicans that won't be coming to the U.S. "

Sounds like someone needs a geography lesson ...

Mexicans coming to the US usually live in Mexico. This happened in Spain, genius ...

It is quite obvious that you were talking about mexicans, there is no way you can try and twist your words around, you clearly said "That is 25 mexicans (25 people won the lottery) that won't be comming to the U.S. Or at least if they do they'll have money (referring to the people who had just won the lottery. Your ignorance has made you incapable of discerning the difference between Spanish people and Mexican people. And you feel the need to prove you aren't a "racist" by constantly referring to the one time you went on vacation in Spain, which has nothing to do with anything at all. And instead of being a bigger person than everyone else, and leaving it alone, you put down the people who are insulted by your bigotry by attacking their intelligence. But this argument has nothing to with how smart you are. Typing skills aside, all these people are right, and you are wrong.

I am spaninsh (for those who skipped the geography class, that is from Spain, not from Mexico) and my family comes from Rebollo de Duero, where I go very often. First of all, thank you to all the people who congratulated us on the prize and are happy for us. And yes, actually it will help the people a lot, starting with my own family. "El Gordo" is the name for the biggest prize in the Christmas Lottery in Spain, not in our village. It is very popular in Spain and lots of people buy tickets for it (but it doesn´t mean we are crazy for gambling, as someone suggested). I won´t bother in replying to those stupid and racists comments I just read. They only demosntrate the ignorance of the person who wrote them. Viva Rebollo!!
